The 2020 UGCC Synod of Bishops blessed the publication of the new Catechism for Youth, “We follow Christ” (similar to the YOUCAT version). The Catechism describes the treasure of faith of our Eastern Catholic Church in the form of a pilgrimage of young people accompanied by a spiritual leader to the most important places of worship of our Church. Young people were directly involved in the elaboration of the Catechism along with a group of experts.
The Synod also entrusted the Patriarchal Catechetical Commission with the translation of the new Catechism into English and other languages. If you are interested in supporting this project financially, please contact our coordinator.
